Founded in Houston, Texas in 1987, LASCO Development Corporation has a proven track record of developing in the build-to-suit and retail environment for a wide range of national and local retailers. Blockbuster was LASCO’s first tenant and developed one of the first stores in the country followed by almost 300 more locations across the central US. Opening as many as 15+ locations per quarter earned LASCO multiple “Developer of the Year” titles. LASCO offers a fully integrated in-house development team for nationwide expansion. Being capable of taking a project from site selection to grand opening has enabled us to deliver 900 plus buildings worth over two billion-dollars. LASCO has developed across the country for retailers such as 7-Eleven, CVS, Whataburger, Memorial Hermann, Kelsey Seybold, Staples, Office Depot, Blockbuster Video, Hollywood Video, and others.
